Iris Waves assessed the printing needs of the Edtech company and helped it by installing Xerox MPS solution at its facilities. The solution has greatly helped them in resolving its first hand security issue around printing exam papers. The MPS solution makes the provision for printing on each and every individual floor of the facility.
Any individual could use the ‘Follow Me Print’ feature. This allows any employee to print on any printer located nearest to him or her from his or her native computer located on any floor by using the employee ID card. This solution comes with an array of other features that can be customized according to requirements like quota setting for admin, which obviously helps the Edtech company in cost controlling.
