In a new move, Sanjiv Krishen led Iris Computers, one of India’s top IT distributors, has been subsumed into its IT solutions & services entity in Iris Global Services. This also coincides with the formal opening of a state-of-the art office – its headquarters – located at Delhi’s Mahipalpur Bypass area. The office is housed in a glass façade building – IRIS GLOBAL TOWER – with the primary objective of improving work culture and enhancing operational efficiency.
“One of the most glaring facts about Iris Global Services is that at a time when many private companies across sectors have been busy in surrendering their rented spaces, our company has moved on expanding it rather”, said Krishen. He has further revealed that the company has enhanced its floor area manifold with an additional cost of over Rs 1 Crore. “With better accommodation and effective monitoring, our manpower efficiency has already shown remarkable improvement, which gets reflected in the company’s overall performance”, added he.

Iris Global Services commands a work force of 250 personnel, of which 150 people are stationed at its Mahipalpur HQ. With this move, the company eyes at further improving on its response time. Managing its staff at one point has also enabled the company in providing amenities with the object of further enhancing efficiency and improving the work culture.
