As a distributor, the credit management is one of the key value adds that we offer to our channel partners. We’ve got standard credit terms with each vendor. However to our partners, on a case-to-case basis we need to offer transaction specific terms. Apart from credit terms we support partners in executing marketing activities which helps to generate opportunities and also provide Presales technical support. These in total help partners to have better margins while working with us.

Challenging Projects
Our team has handled quite a few challenges projects. While it’s difficult to pick one, we’ve had projects which involve delivery across multiple continents, certain project involves stringent time lines. There was one prestigious project wherein we delivered 3000-plus wireless access points in just 5 days from the date of receipt of order. In this case material was to be picked from OEM warehouse outside the country and delivered to our partner in India.
