Google Cloud to acquire Mandiant at $5.4 Billion, would strengthen its cloud-native security definition
Digital Edge Bureau 09 Mar, 2022 0 comment(s)In a new development, Google Cloud has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Mandiant, a leading cloud security solution provider, at approximately $5.4 Billion – for $23.00 per share in an all-cash transaction inclusive of Mandiant’s net cash.
The acquisition is there for complementing Google Cloud’s existing strengths in security. Together with Mandiant, Google Cloud will be able to deliver an end-to-end security operations suite with even greater capabilities as well as advisory services helping customers address critical security challenges and stay protected at every stage of the security lifecycle.
