Frux Technologies, which has emerged as one of the leading VADs (value added distributors) in India, specializing essentially in the cyber security space, has organized a well-attended and a successful channel partners’ event around SonicWall products & systems in New Delhi. Over 50 cyber security solution partners took active participation in the knowledge-driven channels conference themed ‘Cyber Security & Agility with Frux Technologies in Association with SonicWall’. The event was prominently addressed by Mohit Puri, Country Manager, SonicWall, India & SAARC.
The Delhi-based Frux Technologies, headed by Dalip Arora, an IT distribution industry veteran, has rapidly been turning into a one-stop security product sourcing destination that offers network security, endpoint security and security intelligence & analytics products to the Indian market. Today, over 300 VARs (value added resellers) and security solution partners lie in the channel ecosystem of Frux Technologies across the country.

Interacting with Digital Edge, Dalip Arora, Founder & CEO, Frux Technologies, said, “We signed the distribution tie-up for SonicWall products a bit recently – only about six months back. But, during a shorter span of time, we’ve received bullish market responses. Our existing channel partners, and those staying on the fences, watching our evolution and market dynamics, immediately rushed to buying SonicWall products from us. We’re surprised to have such massive market responses around SonicWall solutions.”
“With regard to the outcome of this channels meet, we’re simply elated to have such exuberant participation of partners from the Delhi & NCR region. Many of them are our present partners doing active business with us; however, some are new partner entities who have joined us in this event. They’ve expressed their desire to do more business with us around SonicWall,” elaborated Arora. “Our objective is to bring new partners to our fold and make them further aware on the security products that we distribute,” added Arora.

The US-headquartered SonicWall offers a wide range of network security products & systems, the prime being the next generation firewalls (NGFWs), which are targeted at small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as large enterprises. However, the company has diversified into offering other products as well such as SSL VPN, endpoint detection and response system (EDR), secure SD-WAN, secure access points (APs), secure managed switches, e-mail security and cloud security solution.

Interestingly, most of the partners were very happy to have the presence of Mohit Puri at the event. “While Frux Technologies has acted as a very disciplined and determined VAD, the participation and the address by Mohit Puri is very encouraging. I could feel that it has instilled a great sense of confidence in the participating channel partners at this event,” said Manoj Sharma, Director, Foetron Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. “I also congratulate Dalip Arora, who has taken his company, Frux Technologies, to a stage where it has become a force to be reckoned with in the Indian VAD fraternity,” viewed Sharma.
The event was also addressed by Peeyush Trivedi, CTO (chief technology officer), Frux Technologies, who delivered a broader view of his company’s overall security offerings. On the other hand, Vipin Hooda, Senior Solutions Engineer, SonicWall India, took the partners through various products his company provides in the Indian market.
