Debasish Banerji, Director, Sales & Service, Power Quality Division, India
Eaton’s Electrical Sector strengthens its leadership team in India with the appointment of Debasish Banerji as Director – Sales & Services for its Power Quality line of business which constitutes 1-Phase and 3-Phase UPS products and systems, software, and services.
In his new role, Debasish will be responsible for leading the Power Quality (UPS) Sales & Services business for India . He will drive strategies for Digitalization, Energy transition and growth initiatives needed to achieve the business goals for India.

Prior to this role, Debasish was working with HP (Hewlett Packard) for over seven years. In his last assignment, Debasish was driving the personal systems services business for Worldwide & APJ region. He led managed print services business for HP India, including sales, category & service delivery functions. In his tenure, he executed numerous initiatives to ensure MPS profitability & business turn around.

Before his stint with HP, has 20-plus years at businesses including IBM, APC (Schneider Electric) and Kodak in numerous roles. He has rich experience in running enterprise, channel and services business managing multi-million-dollar complex businesses across multiple businesses and geographies. He has got deep expertise in channel & distribution business across the region and India.
