Challenging Projects
The company has deployed solutions at over 125 locations for one of the top logistics companies and it was very challenging and difficult to manage as being the new setup. The company wants 24x7x365 support with 30 minutes of response time, which we managed by keeping 2 engineers on the job 24x7x365 days. Initially 6-12 months the workloads were very high and reduce in next 2 years of time. In the first go, the number of locations was also less at 40 locations, which keep on growing and, now it is over 140.
