As the buzz word around data location gets further accentuated, Cisco Systems has responded by launching Meraki India Region, a new cloud region that is hosted on data centres based out of the Indian soil itself. A big chunk of Cisco Meraki’s existing and potential customers in India have been uneasy as their networking and security infrastructure was managed through cloud platforms running on data centres not necessarily located in India.
