Capgemini takes initiatives for inoculating all its employees and their dependents with COVID-19 vaccines free of cost
In a remarkable move, Capgemini has decided to get all its India employees and their dependents inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines. Adhering to the governmental norms and guidelines, the company would bear the cost of this planned vaccination in India.
Ashwin Yardi, CEO, Capgemini India, said, “At Capgemini, our employees’ health and well-being is our highest priority. Adhering to the governmental protocols, Capgemini will cover the cost of the vaccination for all the eligible employees and their dependents who are part of our medical benefits program. We’re undertaking these special initiatives to facilitate adequate protection for our colleagues and their loved ones from the pandemic, and further strengthen our commitment towards our employees.”
Capgemini India’s special initiatives aim to aid the vaccination effort of the Government of India against the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and have joined hands with competent wellness partners to assist our team members with any queries related to the vaccine including, do’s, and don’ts, and provide answers to any medical queries that the employee and their dependents may have.
