Apple’s premium partner Unicorn Infosolutions targets Rs 1,500 Crore revenue by end of 2022

Yes, in a new development, Unicorn Infosolutions has opened up a sprawling flagship store located at Gurugram’s bustling commercial complex in CyberHub. The flagship store houses the entire range of Apple products covering mobile phones, smart watches, notebooks, desktops, AIOs (All-In-Ones) as well as accessories.
Interacting with Digital Edge, Baljinder Paul Singh, Director, Unicorn Infosolutions, said, “We’ve taken the initiatives for opening up this flagship store believing that consumers long for having quality IT products, something a brand like Apple offers. This is a major inauguration of a single-brand store in the Delhi-NCR region.” “This is the third flagship store of ours in India – one in New Delhi, another in Ahmedabad, and the third one here in Gurugram”, added Singh. He further said that that store was a harbinger to the upcoming expansion plans of his company, where it intended to increase the number of retail stores manifold across the country. “We’ve got definitive plans to establish over 75 stores in coming three years time in different locations in India,” informed Singh.
Now, given the kind of expansion it has embarked upon, the company eyes to harness larger revenue dividends in coming times. “With markets opening up, and new products being introduced by Apple, we’re optimistic to achieve larger and faster growth rate. I expect to touch the Rs 1,500 Crore revenue mark by the end of 2022 from the present annual accrual of Rs 1,000 Crore,” said Singh.

At the same time, the company ensures that customers of Apple products get readily available after-sales support services. For that it runs 26 service centres in different parts of the country. “For any technology brand, after-sales services play a major role. With regard to Apple, we’ve taken concerted measures for providing prompt service support to our customers,” said Singh. The company has got plans to increase the number of service centres substantially in coming years.
