Canada’s M5 Technologies inks India distribution agreement with VoIC Networks
Digital Edge Bureau 13 Feb, 2021 0 comment(s)Headquartered at Québec in Canada, M5 Technologies (formerly Media5 Corporation), a leading provider of VoIP media gateways and enterprise session border controllers (SBCs), has appointed India’s VoIC Networks, a prominent VAD specializing in the field of unified communications & collaboration (UC&C), as its national distributor. M5 Technologies has widely been known for its flagship carrier-grade Mediatrix gateways the world over.
As per the agreement, VoIC Networks will promote the complete range of enterprise SBCs and media gateway products. The VAD would offer full support and training for channel partners and system integrators. At a strategic level, the tie-up would allow VoIC Networks to offer Media5 VOIP media gateway and SBC as a bundle with a range of interoperable UC and CX services offered by Microsoft (Teams), Mitel, Genesys, Aspect, Altitude, Unify and Ericsson.
